    How do I place an order?

    Simply select your items, personalize your gifts and checkout. If you are a first time customer, you will fill out a quick registration to ensure your safe and secure purchase. If you are a returning customer, simply log in and purchase, personalize, and check out.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, as well as PAYPAL to ensure a safe payment gateway.

    How will I know the status of my order?

    You will receive an email when you place your order, when it is processed, and when it is shipped. If you opt for UPS or Fedex for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Is there sales tax?
    Sales Tax of 5% is charged for Maine Residents only.

    What if I have a discount code?

    If you have a discount code, you will enter it in your checkout portion of your shopping cart transaction.

    Once I checkout, what happens?

    Once you check out, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. At that point, we begin your order processing, personalization, and quality assurance and quality control process. This usually is completed within 3 business days, at which point your order will be shipped to your desired address.

    What if my item is out of stock?

    We do everything to ensure that we have your item in stock. If there is a delay in shipment, we will contact you to confirm dates, replacements, or shipping date.

    Shipping on 1 Ornament is $3.00
    Shipping on 4 ornaments is $6.50
    Free Shipping is available on the purchase of 5 or more ornaments within the continental United States.

    What shipping methods do you offer?
    We offer a variety of shipping options, ranging from First Class to Expedited and Saturday Delivery Services. The most economical is First Class Mail, up to 12 ounces and then Priority Mail afterwards.

    When will my order be shipped?

    Most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped immediately. You will receive an email automatically once your order ships. Most orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt and shipped to arrive from 3 to 5 days. During, the holidays, of course, it is important to decide which shipping option will work best for you.For shipping options,please refer to Shipping Page.

    Can I ship the ornaments to a different address?

    Yes, just note it in your instructions to us when you checkout. The checkout section, also, will request your billing address and shipping address, if it will be different.

    What do you mean by local / Maine delivery and pickup
    We have 3 physical locations in Maine - Bangor, Ellsworth, and Bar Harbor. Depending on the time of year and our store open schedules, you have the option of ordering on line and simply picking up at one of our 3 locations.

    How do I personalize an ornament?

    Use the spaces provided next to the ornament to fill in the information for your personalized gift. There is unlimited space, even though you see a small box. Just keep typing and you'll see all your information when you confirm your details at checkout!

    Where will the personalization appear on the ornament?

    Use the Labels as a guide for where and how you would like your information to appear. Type it in the exact format you would like. (ex: Jack & Jill) If you have a special way you would like it to look, you can enter that information when you check out. Don't worry! We will confirm details with you!

    Please note that the labels are a suggested location that, depending on the length of the personalization required, may be moved to a different location on the ornament to ensure that the finished product looks great.

    What if a name is spelled incorrectly?

    While we try to ascertain any misspellings and contact you to confirm of any such misspellings, please check and double check your order to ensure proper spellings. If we have made a mistake, we will replace your ornament free of charge.

    Are the labels the writing style?

    The labels are in typed text form and represent location and not writing style. Writing style is whimsical and each ornament is hand personalized with embellishments. Please view samples to see the writing style for OrnamentPlus.com personalized ornaments and gifts.

    What is I would like an optional line?

    Add additional name or Message if you wish! There is usually a bit of space on most ornament fronts, but if the message will not fit nicely on the front, we will add it to the back of your ornament!

    What color will the personalization be in?

    Most personalization is done in black, however certain dark ornaments require us to use white or silver ink. Should you have a preference for an ink color, please email us your request. While we can not guarantee any color other than standard spectrum colors, we will do our best!

    Will the ink rub off?

    No, we use permanent oil based ink that will be cherished for years to come.

    What is your personalization style?

    Each ornament is hand personalized according to your specifications. Please review Writing Samples for a gallery of personalized ornaments.

    Do you personalize in any other way?

    We do offer embellishments such as stars, hearts, flowers, dots, snowflakes, paw prints, cat whiskers, etc. if the embellishment fits the ornament. We find that it adds a special flare to your gift. Should you prefer to not have embellishments, please let us know in your checkout portion of your cart.

Your satisfaction is so important to us and our ornaments are personalized by hand, so each will be unique to your exact order, with spelling, will be confirmed to ensure your specifications. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything to make it right!

    We guarantee our personalized ornaments to be free of manufacturing defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    We want you to be happy with your item. Personalization Samples throughout the site show the writing style and embellishments used to personalize your order. Labels placed on the ornaments serve as a guide for where personalization may be placed, and the type does not represent the writing style (please see writing samples). Or course, if the personalization required does not fit well in the location specified, we will personalize your gift so that it looks great. We have talented artists that have personalized ornaments for years so you can be assured that your special gift is in great hands and fingers!

    We understand that mistakes do happen. So, please review your information before submitting your order. While we do avidly check and email customers if we question that an order may be incorrectly completed, we do ask that you check your submission. Check your spelling, dates, and names carefully. No cancellations are accepted once orders have been personalized.

    In the event that you made an error, we will gladly redo your ornament free of charge. Of course, if we have made a mistake, we will replace your ornament immediately and at no charge.
